These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) are entered into by and between Amudhalakshi Systems Private Limited (“Amrithaa.com,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) and the user (“you,” “your,” or “client”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the www.amrithaa.com website and the services provided by Amrithaa.com.
Amrithaa.com provides services, including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, eCommerce app development, digital marketing, ads management, maintenance, BPM (Business Process Management), BOM (Bill of Materials), and related services (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Project-specific contracts will be established between Amrithaa.com and the client for each engagement. These contracts will detail the scope of work, deliverables, milestones, and any other relevant project-specific information.
The delivery timeline for each project will be outlined in the project contract. Amrithaa.com is committed to meeting agreed-upon deadlines, and any changes to the timeline will be communicated promptly to the client.
Project budgets will be agreed upon and outlined in the project contract. Any deviations from the budget due to scope changes or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
Project milestones will be clearly defined in the project contract, providing a roadmap for the project’s progression. Achieving these milestones may trigger project payments and signify completion of specific phases.
Payment terms will be specified in the project contract and typically coincide with the completion of project milestones. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension.
In cases where third-party tools or services are integrated into the project, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers. Amrithaa.com is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party entities.
Amrithaa.com reserves the right to outsource specific tasks or components of a project to trusted third-party vendors while maintaining responsibility for the overall project delivery and quality.
In the event of natural calamities or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact project timelines or deliverables, both parties will work in good faith to adjust project expectations and timelines.
Amrithaa.com will implement regular data backups as part of its services. However, clients are encouraged to maintain their backups of critical data. Amrithaa.com is not responsible for data loss due to client actions or external events.
Periodic upgrades may be necessary for websites, applications, or other products developed by Amrithaa.com to maintain security and functionality. Clients will be informed of the need for upgrades, and associated costs, if any, will be discussed and agreed upon.
For projects involving server deployment, management responsibilities will be outlined in the project contract. Clients may choose to manage their servers or opt for Amrithaa.com’s server management services.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and files provided for use in the project. Amrithaa.com will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the use of inaccurate or illegal data.
If cloud services, such as those provided by Google, Amazon, Digital Ocean, or others, are utilized in the project, clients agree to adhere to the terms and conditions of the respective cloud service providers. Amrithaa.com is not responsible for the policies or actions of these third-party cloud providers.
The use of third-party APIs, including but not limited to SMS, Email, payment gateways, Google Maps, and others, may be integrated into the project. Clients agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party API providers.
In projects involving IoT or AI technologies, clients acknowledge the specific requirements and complexities associated with these technologies. Any additional terms and conditions related to IoT or AI will be outlined in the project contract.
If the project involves research and development activities, timelines and deliverables will be specified in the project contract. Clients understand that R&D efforts may involve uncertainties, and outcomes may be subject to change based on findings during the research phase.
Projects will be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe as outlined in the project contract. Delays caused by factors beyond Amrithaa.com’s control, such as third-party API changes or natural calamities, may be addressed through mutual agreement and adjustments to project timelines.
Both Amrithaa.com and the client agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, and proprietary information.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Amrithaa.com reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
By using the Services provided by Amrithaa.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not engage with our Services.
